This valuable information also gives us the information needed to create an extremely effective massage therapy session to help relax and heal the body from all the external stresses in our life. Our therapists offer many different modalities including deep tissue, reflexology, neuromuscular, Swedish and Acupressure. All of our trainers are certified instructors, our massage therapists are New York State licensed and our nutrition counseling is done by a registered dietician. Flex4Fitness offers high quality fitness solutions that keep clients wanting more. Sorry did I forget to mention we offer classes?
Flex4Fusion by Flex4Fitness
Flex4Fusion is an experience that encompasses various necessary fitness components including; endurance, flexibility, strength, stability and speed. Its uniqueness stems from the program design which includes a circuit of warm up drills, a dynamic stretching section, a TRX full body suspension circuit and weight training.
First the warm up drills are carefully designed to create full body awareness while at the same time elevating the heart rate. Then the dynamic stretching section using the SI Band (www.flex4fitness.com/siband.htm) is done to help lengthen and warm the muscles in order to prevent injury, increase range of motion and warm up the body further. Lastly, The TRX and free weight exercise sequence challenges both the upper and lower body muscles while focusing on maintaining stability. Often done outside, Flex Fusion makes working out educational, challenging and fun!
We also offer Flex Fusion in the Park. This is similar to the Flex Fusion Class except that there is more TRX training and no free weight training. This class will contain more callisthenic exercises and will take your fitness to max.
